Every client trains in a true one-on-one setting. No distractions. No comparison. Just focused coaching in a private environment where your goals, your body, and your progress come first. This allows me to coach with intention — adjusting, refining, and progressing your training in real time.
With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I've seen what works… and what doesn’t. That’s why every program is truly personalized. There are no stock workouts or cookie-cutter templates pulled from a catalog. Your training is designed specifically for you — your history, movement, stress levels, and long-term goals.
Nutrition is treated the same way. I don’t hand out rigid meal plans that fall apart under real life. Instead, I provide nutrition guidance that sticks — practical, flexible, and built around habits you can maintain. The goal is consistency, not perfection.
Accountability is a partnership here. You’re never left guessing, and you’re never going it alone. I coach, support, and guide you through the process — especially when motivation dips or life gets busy — because that’s when accountability matters most.
Everything I do is centered on overall health and longevity. Building strength, resilience, energy, and confidence so your body supports you now and in the years ahead.
And yes — when you train, eat, and live this way, looking better is often part of the deal. We’ll gladly take that too.

Welcome to your new home away from home...Butler Elite Training. I didn’t start this company to run people into the ground or chase quick transformations.
I started it because I believe fitness should make your life better — not more stressful.
Over the years, I’ve seen how often people are taught to ignore their bodies, push through exhaustion, and follow rigid plans in the name of “results.” That approach might work short-term, but it almost always leads to burnout, frustration, and starting over. I knew there had to be a better way.
My belief is simple: the brain and body have to work together for real progress to happen. Strength, fat loss, and performance aren’t just physical — they’re built through awareness, consistency, and trust in the process. That’s why my coaching emphasizes intention over intensity, focus over chaos, and progress over perfection.
I coach people, not programs.
Every client comes in with a different history, stress level, and relationship with fitness, and I take that seriously. My role isn’t to control the process — it’s to guide it, simplify it, and support it so results actually last.
What drives me most is helping people feel capable again. Strong in their bodies. Calm in their approach. Confident in their decisions. When fitness stops feeling overwhelming and starts feeling empowering, that’s when real change sticks.
